Sally Sng has over 20 years of experience in the field of Organization Development and Human Resources within the Asia Pacific region. Her Asia Pacific experience ranges from mergers and acquisitions, organization change transformation, HR transformation, leadership development, and executive coaching.
Before joining the TransCultural group, Sally was Senior HR Director in a Dutch company, leading the HR function for the Asia Pacific region. She has enjoyed a successful career, gaining trust and respect from both business leaders and HR colleagues in the area. Companies she has worked for include Signify (formerly known as Philips Lighting), Murphy Oil Corporation, Mundipharma, Huntsman, WorleyParsons and, Kvaerner.
Sally was born in Singapore. She is a life-long learner, having completed coach training with Newfield Asia in The Art of Practice of Ontological Mastery and Strengths with Gallup in 2019. She is a certified assessor for assessment tools such as SHL, Lominger, and Waves. Sally believes in combining both the art and science in developing the human capital capability for organizations to not only reinvent but ensure growth is sustainable.
During her tenure with Murphy Oil Corporation, she spent 4.5 years living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which also included frequent commuting trips to the head office in Houston, Texas. The regional exposure of her various roles has given her an excellent working knowledge of the cultural complexities which exist in the Asia Pacific region.
Sally is passionate about developing people to their fullest potential. She has a unique ability to partner with organizations, developing clear visions, guiding the leadership teams through facilitation, and supporting senior leader growth through coaching.
