TCG provides a wholesome coaching and enrichment courses for youth, young adults, professionals, business leaders and individuals. Our goal is to complement participants’ academic or vocational achievements with cross-cultural soft skills to ease their integration into a complex global world through thoughtfully planned lessons and experiences.

Other than cross-cultural topics, TCG’s courses also include social norms and etiquettes from different parts of the world. While gaining insights into others’ cultures, participants will also have a better awareness of their root-cultures. The process will develop strong cross-cultural inter-personal skill, good peer-leadership and enhance self confidence for social success.

Programmes are designed with interactive online learning modules, participative classroom workshops and in-residency immersion “séjours”. Participants have the flexibility to choose what suit them best.

The Youth & Young Adults courses are suitable for ages between eight (8) to fourteen (14). With parents/adult mentors’ accompaniment, younger participants of age six (6) may also find the contents interesting.

To optimize the learning experience for the young participants, TCG recommends parents/adult mentors to accompany their youths as they journey through the programs. Not only it helps bonding in an unforgettable journey, the course contents have interesting information and tips that may also be handy for adults who deal in a global world.

TCG envisages a world that places values on Courage, Compassion, Integrity and Respect for Others.
It also believes that everyone of us can play our part in making this world a better place with those values.
The French phrase “Noblesse Oblige”, meaning “nobility obliges”, tells us that being noble entails the responsibility of leading and caring for others. This is the motto that the TCG community lives by.

The essence of nobility is not a fine lifestyle, but a fine life – a life of courage, compassion, integrity and respect for fellow humans, regardless of status or background. These values, taught by both Western and Eastern cultures, are the mark of a true noble and are the tenets of TransCultural Group (TCG).

The spirit of true nobility is highlighted in TCG’s Chinese name, which is 淳仕传承 (chúnshì chuánchéng).[淳]is a character of ancient origin, representing purity and virtue, while[仕]has double meanings – firstly, it was the term for an imperial scholar-official, and secondly, it also refers to the act of learning and experiencing life as much as possible while pursuing excellence.[传承]refers to the passing on of values and life lessons that TCG hopes to share with the TCG community.

TCG’s Core Values:
• Provide “par excellence” service to our clients, never settling for second best.
• In line with our belief in “Noblesse Oblige”, uphold impeccable values, integrity and mutual respect for others.
• Invest in the community today, for a better world tomorrow.

If you successfully achieve 100%, you will get a special “100%” badge on top of the “completion” badge.

The certificate is an official TCG credential that confirms you have successfully completed the course. (Please ensure you have your name in your TCG account the way you want it appear on your certificate.)

The certificate shows you have taken the effort to build on your cross-cultural competency and inter-personal soft-skill as an extra-curriculum activity.
